What Does the Complimentary Report Look Like?
The results report is made up of several sections. The multi-page report (18 to 25 pages)
provides your maturity levels, peer group comparisons, balanced execution analytics and
recommendations on strategic and tactical areas of opportunity.
Maturity Level Rating: You will receive a maturity rating against your peer group
(1 to 4 rating scale) across multiple dimensions.
Peer Group Comparison: Report provides detailed comparison metrics giving you
information regarding your score against your peer group and statistically shows your
position within each maturity level.
Balanced Execution Analytics: Spider chart provides useful comparative information
regarding how balanced your execution level is across the various dimensions.
Areas of Opportunity: Provides recommendations on areas of opportunity covering best
practice areas. This section identifies ways to increase your level of performance in order
to move from one maturity level to the next.
Purchase Special Dataset
You have the option to purchase (for US$199), a custom dataset and gap analysis of your
assessment that will give you more detailed information compared to your own specific
industry, geographic coverage, business model, etc. You select the peer group.
Your custom dataset report (10-14 pages) includes a maturity level comparison against your
peer group based on your selected criteria, a gap analysis showing each question and how
your peer group answered each question compared to your answers and a gap analysis
compared to your peer group by each best practice category. The report provides valuable
data that can be used for strategic planning, justifying new program initiatives and
